157 – Foreigners Communication Centre (YİMER)

  • Information on visas, residence, international protection, temporary protection and voluntary return.
  • Languages: Turkish, Arabic, English, Farsi, Russian.
  • General enquiries: weekdays 08:00–18:00. Emergency and reporting lines (e.g. human trafficking): 24/7.

183 – Violence Prevention Line (Ministry of Family and Social Services)

  • For violence against women or children, family problems, older people and persons with disabilities.

  • Information and referral for refugees and asylum-seekers.
  • Monday–Thursday 09:00–17:00, Friday 09:00–16:00.
